There wasn´t any Cougar with this type of exhaust sold by Mercury....
I guess it´s a mod..

Yes that is correct sorry for being so unclear, what i meant was original exhaust modded out the side.

I've updated the exhaust since I last logged in, from the cat it goes to 2.5 inch exhaust pipe with a turbo muffler and a 13 inch exhaust tip
